May 6 Elections at Lustleigh Village Hall

The Village Hall will be used as a Polling Station for the Local Elections on 6th May 2021, under the permitted activities guidance.
Teignbridge advise that they will be providing all their staff with face masks, visors and a Perspex screen to sit behind at the desks. They will supply hand sanitizer for use on the way in and out of the hall and a number of masks for those electors who forget to bring one. There will be some additional signage and 2 metre distancing will be enforced.
A one way system will be in use with entry through the Main Entrance and exit via the Meeting Room doors to the Orchard. They intend to use both doors and implement a one way system for voters and any touchpoints will be wiped at least hourly.
The Hall Toilets will be closed for Public Use.
Persons accessing the Hall for Voting Purposes are reminded that this activity remains the responsibility of Teignbridge District Council and any queries should be addressed to the Electoral Services Manager.
