AGM AND LUNCH
SATURDAY 15TH JANUARY 2022 – 12 NOON IN THE VILLAGE HALL
We will be holding a reasonably socially distanced but friendly lunch, gathered at smaller tables rather than one big scrum, in the main hall preceded by the AGM. In order to entice you to attend the very brief business session we would like to welcome you with a glass of mulled wine at 12.00, hold the meeting at 12.30 p.m. and settle to our three -course lunch at 1.00p.m or as near as we can get. There will be a glass of wine and a choice of a main dish and of deserts plus tea and coffee.
Non-members are of course welcome and this will be a chance for us all to start again fresh with our subscriptions for 2022. Same cost £7.50.
As you can imagine we need to plan the catering in advance. We will be mailing our scattered membership and have a deadline for RSVP’s by January 8th.
With the kind help of Dean and Shirley, Tickets, £15.00, will be on sale at the Dairy from 14th December.
