NOTES FOR EXHIBITORS
Exhibitors must be members of the Society or resident in Lustleigh Parish. New members are always welcome.
Exhibitors’ Entry Forms and Exhibit cards must be delivered to Lustleigh Dairy by 12 noon Wednesday. March 29 th or the Show Manager, Pauline Arnold, Middle Cross Cottage, Lustleigh, TQ139TW. no later than 12 noon Thursday March 30th.
There is no fee for exhibiting.
Exhibitors must supply their own vases / containers, except for classes marked v.
Exhibits are to be staged between 8.30 and 10.30 a.m when Exhibit Cards will be available.
No exhibit is to be removed before 4.00 pm but must be removed by 4.30pm.
Presentation of Awards will take place at 4.00 pm.
A raffle will be drawn immediately following the presentations.
