SUMMARY:Lustleigh Village Choir
DESCRIPTION:We will be restarting choir on Monday Feb.28th. (7.45pm)  In order to keep safe we will split the choir to start with by having Sopranos and Altos only on Feb 28 with the Tenors and Basses the following week (March 7th) and continue this pattern for a while – S&A (14th) T&B (21st) \nAlso I can hear individual voices better!  Just joking!  It will cost us a little more and we are getting a bit short on funds considering the three more numbers we have had to get printed to complete the Lustleigh Cantata.  The plan is to perform this with orchestra at a concert when we are ready!  So can you please contribute £10 to our treasurer Francis when we meet up. \nIf there are any further residents who would like to try out some singing please come along – ladies Feb 28\,  men Mar. 7.  You don’t have to be good or have any singing experience.    There are no auditions. \nLooking forward to seeing you all\,\nWill.

DESCRIPTION:The next concert by the Divertimento String Quartet in is on Sunday October 24th in the Village Hall at 3.00pm.   We are still following covid guidelines by requesting masks be worn until seated.   Tickets are £15 Adults but students and children are free. \nThe programme involves quartets by Haydn and Mendelssohn and a March by Benjamin Britten. \n
