SUMMARY:Lustleigh Garden Society - presents an Illustrated Talk by a Master Composter
DESCRIPTION:Unusually\, we will be holding an evening talk in September on Wednesday 1st at 7:30pm in the Village Hall. We will be using the larger room\, so plenty of space for new members and friends\, but also to give us the option of some social distancing. \nThis will be the first in our new series of evening meetings and will be illustrated talk by Nicky Grady Scott. (You might recognise him as a founder of Proper Job and of Moor Flowers). We will get to hear about the role of composting from the point of view of being a Master Composter and the connection to the environment\, especially in current times. Nicky has also been responsible for the community composting at Chagford. \nThere are more than a few skilled\, knowledgeable gardeners in Lustleigh we know\, but in recent conversations it turned out there was lots to say and think about around composting\, so come with your questions. Maybe you are already wedded to one method or wanting to keep going but on a lesser scale or even to scale up…? And what does happen to all that stuff that goes in our green bins? \nWe really look forward to seeing you and to us starting again. Membership for this year has been suspended. Subs will start again at the AGM.
