DESCRIPTION:Wednesday 16th February 2022 – 7.15 for 7.30pm \n“Stories Of Devon Food”.  \nSpeaker – An illustrated talk by Dr Paul Cleave.  \nPaul is an honorary research fellow and lectures at Exeter University specialising in the history of food and its place in society – in the home and in restaurants and cafes\, both in the home and in restaurants and cafes. His talk will continue the theme of traditional fare after last month’s foray into cider-making. \nWe very much hope to see you there. Refreshments will be served from 7 pm\, but we regret that any cravings for scones or dumplings will need to wait till you get home! \nOur meetings are held at Lustleigh Village Hall\, please come and join us for a sociable glass of wine before the meeting. \nNon-members welcome. \nPlease contact Lynn on 07852 998153 for more information.
